Perhaps we’ve had this all wrong. Maybe we should be demonstrating against the Democrats. The other side is clearly evil and making no excuses for it. Still the Democrats are doing nothing.

The magats are still human. They have hopes, fears, cares, non-negotiables that deep in their black hearts they cannot bear to lose. It’s actually the Democrats’ responsibility to know exactly what every last one of those things are and go to work on them.

This is not about rules. It’s for all the marbles. It’s not going to get ugly. It is. If you’re a Democrat, it’s time for you to get blood on you. It’s time for you to risk going down with the ship, unless you’re lying and you’re too afraid or that the truth is that they have all the power and you have none.

Shame, right and wrong, the greater good, these are alien concepts. You would be just as effective using these thing to approach the magat problem as you would to approach a cockroach problem.

There is no funding compromise possible with ICE. Even laws signed by Orange Hitler are not followed, and there are no consequences. Body cams? No masks? No chemical weapons against protesters? Training!?!?! Totally unenforceable. No. Their finding just needs to be withdrawn permanently. You’re done. Any other decision and you are complicit. Especially democrats.

No protest ever ended a fascist regime. There is no way to appeal to Congress to “do the right thing.” They will not. Especially Republicans. Do you really think that persistence in protest will get them to “change their minds?”

The paradox is this. If you say that you are not powerless as long as you are willing to protest and that Republicans and the fascist regime are not all powerful, but then you do nothing to take the fight to them at the highest levels because you “don’t have the votes,” you are saying precisely that the criminal regime is all-powerful.

Yelling louder will not get through to those complicit. There is no deeper reason in them to reach. You need to starve the tumor. Disrupt their ability function completely and withdraw all funding for any and all unconstitutional behavior. Anything less, and you’re part of the scheme. Case closed.

Peaceful demonstration only gets like-minded people together. Protest must not be peaceful. It doesn’t have to be violent, but it must not be peaceful. It must be as disruptive as possible.
